After over a decade of working with dozens of high-profile business executives I developed specific methodologies for integrating "Workplace Wellbeing" into the work day and into the work space. These methods address the issues that accumulate physically in the form of joint stiffness and tight muscles, and those which show up mentally in the form of stress, anxiety, and burnout. These methods prove to provide meaningful reduction in stress levels and increase an individual's ability to manage through stress to be more productive and successful.
